Please remember to invite your grandparents to our celebration in their honor on Friday, September 30th at 9:00am. Don't forget to (turn in the yellow slip) let the office know how many people will be attending the brunch following the ceremony. If you are interested in the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards Program please check out the link on Mrs. Cole's History blog under the secondary tab on the NLCA website. There are a few students that still haven't turned in their $5 to cover the cost of the grandparent's day craft; please do so if possible. There will be a history and science quiz next week as well as a spelling test on list 5 and a bible test on Ephesians 2:8-10. Have a wonderful weekend!

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
