Tests and quizzes next week:

Monday - spelling trial test (list 13)

Tuesday -  spelling test, science quiz

Wednesday - history test

Friday - language test

We will not have a reading vocab quiz this week, but please note that the spelling test is backed up one day. (Monday and Tuesday instead of Tuesday and Wednesday.)

All students need their Christmas Play clothes by Monday, December 3rd.  Everyone needs a long sleeved black shirt, black pants, and black socks.  

Students will need to be at both Christmas performances on Thursday, December 6th (10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.). We encourage all students to go home between the performances. Students will need to be back in their classroom by 6:30 that evening.

The class Christmas party will be on Tuesday afternoon, December 18th. Please send in a wrapped, $10, gender-neutral present for our gift exchange. (If you would like to help host this party, please let me know!)

Christmas Break is Wednesday, December 19th, - Wednesday, January 2nd. We do not return until Thursday, January 3rd!

Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We will be very busy this week practicing for the Christmas play (Thursday, December 6th at 10:00 am and 7:00 pm), so our schedule is going to have to be flexible. The plan is as follows:

Thursday - history and reading vocab quiz

Friday -  math test and science quiz

Note: no spelling test this week! 

Christmas vacation is from Wednesday, December 19th - Wednesday January 2nd! Let the countdown begin!

Week of November 12th - 16th

There is no school on Monday, November 12th!

Our class party is Tuesday afternoon, November 13th.

The Thanksgiving lunch is on Wednesday, November, 14th.

School will be dismissed at noon on Friday, November 16th.

Thanksgiving break is from Monday, November 19th - Friday, November 23rd!

The Christmas play is on Thursday, December 6th, at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. 

Christmas break is now from Wednesday, December 19th - Wednesday, January 2nd!!!

Thank you for your donation to our classroom through the school store and for the calendar fundraiser to support our efforts to improve our playground. We really appreciate your support!

There will be no Bible tests until after the Christmas play; grades will be based on weekly play practice participation and behavior.

Wednesday, November 7th is our Veteran's Day Chapel starting at 8:10 a.m. 

There will  be no school  on Monday, November 12th for Veteran's Day.

We are planning our fall classroom party for the afternoon of Tuesday, November 13th.

The school Thanksgiving lunch is Wednesday, November 14th. (Don't forget to return forms.)

Thanksgiving Break is from Monday, November 19th -  Friday, November 23rd!
