HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Thank you to the families that sent in candy for our reward program; these kids sure love sugar! 

We will push our spelling test back from Tuesday and Wednesday to Wednesday and Thursday following Thanksgiving break to allow time to study. (No need to study over the break!) 

There will be no bible test until after the Christmas play. 

I am thankful for each of my students!

Week of November 14th-18th

Happy Veteran's Day! Thank you to all who have served or are currently serving our country right now! 

Our Thanksgiving Dinner will be next Wednesday, November 16th. Please join us! Also, we will be having a small celebration in our classroom that afternoon. 

The trial spelling test (list 13) will be on Tuesday and the final test is on Wednesday. 

If possible, please have your child bring a bag of candy to class. I use a ticket system for rewards; they eat more candy than I can buy! (Small items other than candy are welcome, such as erasers, pencils, etc.)

Only two students received the free pizza for October with the Book-it program; don't forget to mark your calendars this month!

 

Congratulations to the 5th grade for winning the Box Top Challenge! We will be going on a field trip soon as a reward!
