Wek of January 5-9

As we prepare to return to school for the beginning of the 3rd nine weeks, please come ready to work hard! We will review in all classes before moving forward into the new material. If you have any questions about your report cards, please email me.

Finance: Review and complete chapter 7.

7th Grade: Begin chapter 6 on mammals, quiz Wednesday.

8th Grade: Begin chapter 6 on the Seas, quiz Wednesday.

9/10th Grades: Begin chapter 11, quiz on Wednesday and Friday.

11/12th Grades: Begin chapter 8 on the endocrine system. Quiz Friday on sections 8.1-8.2.

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
