Week of January 2-5

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Due to the events that led up to Christmas vacation, all previously scheduled science exams have been cancelled! That's right! Come ready to move forward and learn new things! I've missed you! 

Anatomy: Please read 7.1-7.2 for the week (pages 238-253.) We are discussing the eye and the ear. Assignments will be given on both sections. Please complete page 246 "know and understand" #'s 1-7 by Wednesday.

Biology: Please 11.1-11.3 for the week (pages 188-200.) We are covering the integumentary, excretory and endocrine systems. Quiz 17 Thursday. 11.1 section review questions due Wednesday.

Earth and Space: Please read 3.1-6.2 for the week (pages 154-164.) We are learning about the ocean! Quiz 15 Thursday. 6.1 section review questions due Wednesday.

 Due to the expected snow storm, the field trip has been backed up to Monday, which means no science exams! If there is school on Tuesday, we will have them then. If not, we will plan to take them when we return! Merry Christmas! I love you all! Have a great time bowling tomorrow!

Anatomy: Please read 6.4 and 6.5 for the week. We will have an exam on chapter 6 Monday, December 18th.

Biology: Complete study guide for test 5 on Monday, December 18th. 

Earth and Space: Review 5.5 and prepare for chapter 5 test on Monday, December 18th.

Biology: Please read all of 6.2 before class on Monday. We will have an assignment from the section the next time we have class. We will complete quiz 16 and read 10.3 throughout the week.

Earth and Space: Plan to read sections 5.4-5.6 throughout the week. We will take quiz 13 and work on activity 5B.
