For our virtual learning day on Friday, students not attending the Regional Literature Fair will need to complete an IXL assignment. I have made recommendations for each class to complete in IXL. The "shortcuts" are listed below.

7th/8th Science: Test 3 (Quarter Exam) on Tuesday. (IXL shortcut code B62)

7th Math: begin chapter 4, cover sections 4.1-4.4. (IXL shortcut code 7GQ)

9th/10th Physics: quiz 9 Monday, Test 3 Thursday. (IXL shortcut code Q8X and 6LH; can do either)

11th/12th Chemistry: Chapter 6 quiz Monday; read text pages 195-209; complete workbook pages 83-89 for the week. For Friday, please complete workbook pages 86-87. 

9th Health: Quizzes 9and 10 due on Monday; test 4 Thursday. (IXL shortcut code FKF)

For all of my classes on Monday, October 24: 

There will be an optional bonus opportunity! You must complete it during class time and hand it in to your teacher before you leave the room at the end of the period. It needs to be a one-page, NEATLY WRITTEN  essay on the Names of God that answers the following questions: What are some names of God, Jesus, and the Spirit? (Please use scripture references!) What do you call God when you pray to Him, and why? Does God want us to call Him (or the other two parts of the Trinity) by any specific name? What name (or names) do you imagine God uses when He talks to you?
