 It's almost time for the pumpkin drop! Please be sure to turn in your permission slip by Thursday! 

Chemistry: We will cover 4.1-4.3 for the week. Chapter 3 review due Monday. Quiz 7 Wednesday. 4.1 Practice Problems #1 a,b,c,d due Tuesday. Quiz 7 Thursday; read 4.2 Tuesday evening. Practice 4.2 #1 and 2, p74 due Thursday. 

Earth and Space: We will finish chapter 2 and take the exam on Thursday. Quiz 6 Tuesday. 2C due Wednesday. Chapter 2 "Identify" 1-14 p65 due Wednesday.

Finance: We will finish chapter 3 and take the quiz on Thursday. Pink paper drawing due Tuesday. 

Order and Design: We will finish chapter 2 and prepare for the upcoming exam. 2C due Thursday. We will take quizzes 5 Tuesday and 6 Thursday. 2.7 section review questions 1-6 due Tuesday.

Matter and Energy: We will cover 3.4 and 3.5 for the week. quiz 6 Wednesday NO HW Monday evening! 3.5b #5 due Thursday.

Week of September 21-25

 DUE TO THE LADY LIONS’ VICTORY OVER THE LUMBERJACKS LAST NIGHT, ALL SCIENCE QUIZZES ARE OPEN BOOK AND OPEN NOTE ON WEDNESDAY!!! WAY TO GO GIRLS! 

Starting this week, I will no longer be accepting late work. (There are exceptions, such as absences.) Just forgetting or choosing not to do your homework will result in a zero. 

Chemistry 11/12: Plan to cover 3.3-4.2 for the week. READ IT! Quiz 6 Wednesday. 3.3b practice problems 1-4 due Tuesday. Tuesday evening HW: Read section 3.4 to discuss on Wednesday after the quiz.

Earth and Space 8: Quiz 4 Monday; we will cover 2.2 for the week. Quiz 5 Wednesday. Bold terms from p28-29 due Tuesday (on pink sheet.) Activity sheet 2B due Thursday. 

Finance 12: We will cover 3.1-3.4 for the week. Complete assignments in the classroom as well as activity handouts. Savings by nation handout due Tuesday. No HW Tuesday evening.

Order and Design 7: Plan to cover 2.4-2.5 for the week. Activity 2b and quiz 4. Flower families on pink paper due Tuesday. 

Matter and Energy 9/10: Plan to cover 3.2-3.3 for the week. Quiz 5 Wednesday. 3.2 Application questions #2 and 4 due Tuesday. 

Week of September 14-18

 Chemistry 11/12: Test 1 Monday; begin reading and working on questions and problems from chapter 3 for the remainder of the week. We will take quiz 5. 3.1 Section Review Application questions 5-7 due Tuesday. 3.2a practice problems on page 53 due Wednesday. 

Earth and Space 8: We will begin chapter 2 on Monday. Please be reading the sections in your study halls and at home. We will take quiz 4. 2.1 Section Review Questions 1-5 due Tuesday. 2.1 Section review questions 6-11 and the front of activity sheet 2A due Wednesday. 

Finance 12: We will finish chapter 2 for the week and take a quiz and exam. Please come ready to share the info in your "Every Dollar" app we downloaded on Friday. Complete "Zero-based budget" handout by Tuesday and be working on your personal budget in the "Every Dollar" app. Chapter 2 quiz due Wednesday. We will take the chapter 2 exam open book in class Wednesday. 

Order and Design 7: We will continue in chapter 2 for the week. Please be reading sections 2.2-2.4. We will take quiz 3. 2A and quiz 3 are due in class on Wednesday.

Matter and Energy 9/10: We will begin chapter 3 on Monday. PLEASE be reading the sections before class so you understand the problems we will work together! We will take quiz 4. Practice problems 3.1a #1-4, page 48 due Tuesday. Practice problems 3.1b, 3.1c, 3.1d due Wednesday.

All National Park posters need to be completed by Wednesday. you will submit them to me in Microsoft Teams on Thursday. 

Chemistry 11/12: Quiz 4 Friday on 2.3 and 2.4; 2.4 #8 table due Thursday. 2.4b #3 and section review #9 due Friday. 

Earth and Space 8: Test 1 Friday; last section of terms WITH DEFINITIONS due Thursday! 

Finance 12: Complete "Reality Check" handout and 2.3 terms 1-6 in Classroom.

Order and Design 7: We will review chapter 1 on Tuesday take exam the exam on Thursday. We will begin chapter 2 on Friday. 1A due Tuesday, 1B due Wednesday. 

Matter and Energy 9/10: Quiz 3 due Thursday; try to complete the hand out of problems by Thursday as well. Test 1 Friday.
