Week of October 7-11

All of the secondary will be on a field trip Tuesday, October 8th. (If a student chooses not to go, they will have history and science make-up assignments.)

Finance: complete sections 3.1-3.3; read up to page 70; complete handouts

Chemistry: Test 2 Monday; begin chapter 3 Wednesday; read pages 83-96

Matter & Energy: egg drop lab; begin chapter 4; read pages 82-88; quiz 7 Friday

Order & Design: Cover sections 3.2-3.3, read pages 87-95; quiz 7 Wednesday; quiz 8 Friday

Health: Read chapter 3, pages 67-74; quiz 5 Friday

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
