Week of September 9-13

Students that still have not paid their annual lab fee of $20 are encouraged to do so and earn a homework pass!

Finance: Parent Interview due Monday; Exam 1 Tuesday; read pages 29-35 for the week.

Chemistry: Make study guide and review for exam 1 (chapters 1 and 2) Friday; lab day Tuesday.

Order and Design: Read pages 37-49 for the week; flower dissection lab questions due Tuesday; complete activity 2A; quiz 3 Wednesday; lab day Thursday.

Matter and Energy: Exam 1 Tuesday (chapters 1 and 2); read pages 47-53 for the week; quiz 4 Friday.

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
