Week of October 23-27

The secondary will be dropping pumpkins off the lighthouse Monday morning! Anyone is welcome to join us to observe the competition. Everyone needs to bring a packed lunch to eat on site after we finish. You can also bring a chair or blanket to sit on.

Anatomy: Lab week; perform "helping hand" lab and write report on it

Biology: Lab report due Friday, begin chapter 8; read 8.1-8.2; quiz 11 Friday

Earth and Space: lab report due Friday; begin chapter 4; read 4.1-4.2; quiz 10 Friday

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
