Week of January 3rd-4th

Happy New Year! I hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday!

The school spelling bee is on Friday, January 4th (spelling test will not be until Tuesday, January 8th.)
We are planning to get back into the swing of things this week by reviewing where we left off before Christmas.
The science test (cumulative semester exam) will be Monday, January 7th.
The semester officially ends on Friday, January 11th.

Homework Policy:

My goal is to teach everything in class each day. We will work as a class to accomplish each assignment during class time. If a student doesn't complete the work in class, it is expected to be turned in at the beginning of class the following day. I am available during study hall to help so that work doesn't have to be taken home. We even review for tests in class, but I do expect students to study for them individually, whether in a study hall or at home. If a student is absent, the work will be due the following day.
